Lions 2010-2011 Scholarship InformationBrown County Lions Club Education Awards PURPOSE: To provide one-year college assistance to five Brown County residents pursuing a four-year college academic degree or a two-year vocational degree at a trade school or community college. REQUIREMENTS: A current- or previous-year graduate of an accredited high school or G.E.D. program who is a resident of Brown County. AMOUNT: This is a one-year scholarship payable at the beginning of each semester with proof of enrollment and grade transcripts when available. The school-year total ranges from $1000 to $1400. SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION: Scholarship winners are chosen by the Brown County Lions Club.
